<p>Hello everyone. My question is about premed programs in Georgia. I think I will be limited to in-state colleges because of my financial situation. My plan right now is to go to Georgia Tech, but is another school better? Wanted to go to Emory for Med School down the road.</p>

<p>All that really matters is whether the school will be a good fit for you, and possibly whether it has good premed advising.</p>
<p>It also does not make sense to say you want to "go to Emory for med school", because that's looking way too far into the future, first of all. Secondly, most med school applicants don't have the luxury to pick and choose where they attend; if they are accepted anywhere at all.</p>
