Best Prep books for Bio-E, Bio-M, Math 2, and US history?

I have several questions. I have not taken any AP science classes and will be taking AP Physics my senior year (fall 2010). I am planning to study for either the Bio-E or the Bio-M test in October. Since I have only taken a regular Biology class in 9th grade, which Bio SAT2 should I take? I personally think I am better with memorization. What kinds of prep books should I buy for Bio-E or Bio-M? How about for US history? I have both Princeton and Barron for Math 2, any other suggestions?

Thanks!!

Well, you should see my thread (too lazy to link it to you atm).
Think they said Barron’s for Math 2, and AMSCO for USH. Though AMSCO is an AP book, but it’s awesome for both subjects.

For Bio, Barron’s and PR work great together. (from what i have heard)

I think we need a set of “Official Book Recommendations Thread for __________” threads.

thanks guys!! Also, do you think I should take Bio-E or Bio-M?

Bio M is easier if you had AP Bio

^Not necessarily. I know a lot of students who had AP Bio, but opted to take the Bio E test, mostly because ecology is perceived to be easier than molecular bio. That said, it all depends on what you feel more comfortable with on test day, but you should be prepared for both.

I have not taken AP Bio,so I have to basically learn Bio all over again in the summer. I think I am better with memorization, so should I take Bio-M, assuming that I study really hard in the summer for 700+?

@blabbermouth: Barron’s and Princeton SAT II Bio prep books or the AP ones?
