Best: STudent Activities Center</p>
<p>Boelter and Powell are pretty bad. Best ones I've been in are Covel and the Physics and Astronony building.</p>
<p>Bad : Young Library restrooms.</p>

<p>haines hall basement....lets just say that the stalls arent exactly very...private...if you know what i mean.</p>
<p>out of what i've seen, i'd say covel bathrooms are the nicest.</p>
<p>i wonder why there's only one set of bathrooms in royce. or, only one that i could find, in the basement. are there more that i'm not seeing?</p>

<p>No paper toilet seat cover is an issue. Although there's no real risk of getting STD's thru toilet seats, it's still disgusting to sit on them,</p>

<p>I used to like the ones in Bunche because they were rarely visited. I don't like having noise around me at that...time.</p>
<p>Anyway, I'll never ever sit on toilet seat except the one in my home.</p>

<p>I've a funny story to tell you. I once saw a lady stood on the toilet seat! Why did I saw her? Cuz she DIDN'T lock her doors!!!</p>
<p>YRL ones are kind of dirty... But if you don't like people around you can't beat them.</p>

<p>PAB is definitely the best. Honestly, I go all the way over there just to use the bathroom....</p>
