Are there plenty of bathrooms in UCLA?

Despite the fact that UCLA is the smallest undergraduate campus in the UC system, it'll still be quite a walk (or ride incase I use my bike) for me if I were to switch in between class or spend my spare time there. Also, I'm the type of person who go to bathroom a lot cuz I gotta **** every now and then, and I'm just wondering if there are enough restrooms available to students in the campus.

Oh yeah and are they clean? I'm tired of restrooms with pees all over the floor (and there were some of the brown ingredients mixed with it). Also, are the writings on the wall any worth of reading materials? The writings in my school are bunch of people drawing pictures of male stick and saying it's theirs (they include the measurement) and some writings like "Asian Pride" and some crap like that... and those are boring.

Just curious :)

...wow.

At any rate, UCLA has tons of public restrooms, and most are kept pretty clean.

There are plenty of restrooms. Promise.

I wouldn't say they're necessarily the cleanest in the world, but I've also never seen waste on the floor in any of them so I'd say they're passable by your standards. I can't really speak on the quality of the reading material, although I'm sure that also varies. It's a big school.

I haven't used UCLA's restrooms that frequently, but I do know what you're talking about. Most are about as clean as public library's, a step up from a park.
Restrooms to avoid: Haines, Royce, Public Policy, Bunche.
Restroom to use: Humanities (AMAZING)...that's all that I know of. I usually wait until I get home. :D

bfired2,

No way! Bunch has some great restrooms, especially in the court. You can get a handicapped stall (the only one, so you aren't even guilty of being a jerk) and nobody will come in or out for the whole time, making it a pristine experience.

Humanities really is amazing.

Man UCLA is so short on bathrooms, the other day I was walking by Sunset and I saw this dude taking a dump in the bush, and I asked this dude what he was doing and he was like "There ain't enough bathrooms in my dorm, fool!" Man times are rough for an undergrad...

BTW the bathrooms in PAB are amazing.

For a fee I'll make you a copy of a key to a private bathroom in the school of medicine or Reed Neurology. Both are super clean and rarely used. One even has a shower.

That's because there aren't any public bathrooms in Sunset (Courtside at least) besides the laundry room, which you need a BruinCard to swipe into anyways.

All our bathrooms are private so we aren't really short on bathrooms..

yea the bathrooms in pab are AMAZING, so are the elevators!! and the lecture halls! and the professors (okkkk maybe just one ;) )

but the ones in ms and boelter are disgusting, do people even clean them?

The restrooms in the physics building are amazing too. I gave it a visit for the first time last night due to an unexpected #3.

gross restrooms: add haines :( :( :( and franz too... and rolfe :(

there was a thread on this a few months ago by Citan

i drink a lot of water so i've sampled many many bathrooms at ucla.

there is no shortage of them at all. the worst bathrooms are in the older buildings. south campus bathrooms are pretty bad (except lakretz) as are the 4 original buildings, plus rolfe. but relaly you get used to them.

haines and royce have very interesting writing on their walls..

best bathrooms are covel and deneve, by far. clean, efficient, spacious, even plants and kleenex.

My post earlier was completely tounge in cheek. Except for the PAB part, that part is completely true.

covel bathrooms are the best

The mens restroom at the Bombshelter is the worst of all. Check it out.

Who is the OP? Ali G?

What?

"The mens restroom at the Bombshelter is the worst of all. Check it out."

hahah uhh.. no thank you =)

BoelterHall's suggestion is like when someone tastes something gross and hands it to you to try.

"Here, try this!"
