I was wondering if you guys know of any Decent PreMed programs in the Northeast area that offer generous Merit money (potentially for a national merit finalist?)

I don’t think you’ll find any “pre-med programs” that offer merit money.
There is no such thing as a “pre-med program.”
Pre med is an intention not a major. You can major in any subject and go to med school so long as you have taken the dozen or so required/recommended pre-reqs (gen chem, ochem, biochem, intro bio, physics, math, stats, psych, soc, English). All pre-reqs are offered at every college in the US and med schools accept students from a very wide range of colleges.
If you are looking for National Merit schools that would work well for future med school you need to look south. Think UA, OU and UTD.
