Best schools with Pol. Science AND Engineering

Its kind of a stretch, because tech schools usually don't offer Political Science, and LACs don't offer Engineering except through 3/2, but does anyone know some off hand?

First that I thought of was Stanford, and if I can afford it and get in, I will go there.

Are Columbia's Colleges separate or can you have dual enrollment in Fu and Columbia College to get both majors?

I'm looking for colleges of that caliber, preferably West Coast or North East, but not limited to that. Please help!

Massachusetts Institute of Technology

Woah, didn't know that. Is the Pol. Science program reputable whatsoever?

Also look at Duke, Johns Hopkins, Harvard, Cornell & Columbia.

There are a few selective LACs that offer undergrad engineering degrees, though it is unlikely that they would have the range of engineering offerings found at a large university. But there are definite benefits to going to a small, selective LAC. First-rate LACs that I know have undergrad engineering programs include Swarthmore, Smith, Trinity, Union, Bucknell and Lafayette.

How strong is the Engineering program at JHU? That looks like an awesome school, I want to visit it now.

And with Columbia do you have to apply to all of the different colleges and have dual enrollment to get Fu Engineering + College Pol. Science

gw has combined programs like that. engineering+law, etc. very highly ranked and competitive.

GW sounds like an awesome school, and programs like that are definitely what I am looking for, but I simply cannot stand inner-city D.C. Do you go there?
