Best score is ACT without writing; which other scores should I send?

I have a 36 on the ACT without writing, but most of my schools require the writing portion of the test. Which of these other scores should I also send?

My old SAT scores: I took the test three times and got a superscored 2350, but never rose above 2280 on any individual test. My scores fluctuated a lot between tests; reading ranged from 720-800, math from 700-750, and writing from 670-800. My best essay is 9/12.
My old other ACT score: I got a 31 on the ACT my sophomore year, with writing. I hadn’t been taught a lot of the math on the test yet and wasn’t that good at the science portions of the test, though, so my actual breakdown was 26 math/27 science/34 writing/35 English, with an 8/12 essay. This is on my transcript right now (along with the 36), but I could ask to get it removed. I went straight from a 31 to a 36, so I don’t have any better scores in between to choose from.

Will my without writing scores still be considered, as long as I have a score with writing to fulfill the requirements?

Did you ever get an answer? Were you about to borrow the writing score from a previous ACT test?

I didn’t get an answer. I ended up sending my old SAT scores, since they were free to send along with my subject tests anyway.
