Best Senior Year Schedule for UIUC Business

I am currently a junior hoping to get into the University of Illinois-UC business school whose already taken 3 years of English, 3 years of math, 3 years of lab science, 3.5 years of Spanish, 2.5 years of social studies.

I can take a maximum of 8 credits, each class listed is one credit. Also I have a block schedule so I won't have 8 classes of h/w a night, only 4.

Choose what is best to prepare me for college, and best to impress Illinois so I can get accepted.

Possible classes to choose from:
AP English- Language (Definitely taking)
PE (Definitely taking)
AP Calculus AB (Definitely taking)

AP Psychology
AP Statistics
AP Spanish
Honors Accounting 2
Honors Anatomy & Physiology
AP Calculus BC
Fun Class (aka guitar or cooking)

"Fun Class"

I don't get this. You're already taking two fun classes: AP Calc and AP Stats!

Anyone? I seriously need help choosing 5 of those 7 classes that will give me my chance at being accepted into Illinois

AP Cal and expecially AP stat are NOT fun..

Take whatever courses YOU want to take. Why are you trying to gear your HS life just for colleges? That's a bit sad really.
