Best sites for online notes? SELF STUDY THREAD

I found www.mhhe.com in another thread
http://catalogs.mhhe.com/mhhe/home.do gets you to the hompage.

How do I access the actual notes/chapters for the individual books on that site?

What are your favorite sites for AP notes?

I want this thread to be a good self-study thread because I see them everywhere and I think it'd be nice to have one grand self-study thread.

So feel free to post your best sites for notes for any subject or your favorite test prep books.

tutorial.math.lamar.edu is not bad for ap calc.

Tell me which APs you are self studying for and I'll post some good sites for you relating to those subjects.

Do you have any for AP Physics B?

Euro, US, Calc, Chem, Bio

thx

I'm self studying Art History, Comp. Gov/Pol, and U.S. Gov/Pol. I've found several great websites for these and my other APs. Lilkiller129, I'm also taking Physics B. Check out this site: http://apphysicsb.homestead.com/review.html It has great notes and if you follow the links, there's a related site that has online video demonstrations for each topic in Physics B! I used that to review for my midterm (in AP scores, I scored a 4). I'm hoping to score a 5 of course, but I suppose I'd settle for a 4. Physics is my hardest class.
I self-studied AP Psychology last year. It's actually a REALLY easy AP to do that with. In case anyone's interested, here's a good site for Psychology vocabulary: http://wps.prenhall.com/wps/media/objects/729/747358/KassinFlashcards/index2.html <- I used this for vocab review. I got a 5. Anyone can as long as you're solid on your vocabulary!
AP Biology: http://www.longwood.k12.ny.us/lhs/science/apbio/aplinks.html <- follow the links for good AP review.
AP Calculus: http://tutorial.math.lamar.edu/AllBrowsers/2413/2413.asp <- this was suggested already, but I must emphasize how good it is!
Another AP Physics B site: http://www.physicsinfo.such.info/ and http://www.freewebs.com/physicsinfo2/ (both sites cover different parts of the curriculum).
AP Art History: http://mywebpages.comcast.net/llefler/index1ah.htm
I know MANY, so PM me if you'd like to know some more. Though, I may not know sites for certain AP subjects, I'll try my best to hook you up with whatever I do have!
Now, can someone help me? I'd like to know what I should do in teaching myself Art History, and the two political science APs? If anyone is taking any of those three courses (or self-studying them - which would be best) PLEASE give me some advice. I'm pretty much far behind in teaching myself!! (like at the drawing board... starting from scratch)!! I have less than 2 months left. HELP! Haha, thanks in advance. PM me if you want. Later!

-Jon :)

AP US history: http://www.course-notes.org or http://www.apnotes.net

Oh, about AP USH. While this is a thread with emphasis on websites for AP prep, I hope no one minds if I suggest a good AP USH review book. If you don't already have it, you MUST get the AMSCO review book. It is the absolute BEST review book out there on the subject. The questions at the end of the chapters are the best AP questions out there (obviously by non-College Board people). The chapters themselves are thorough but manage to have amazing economy in note presentation. In other words, you won't be hit with TONS of meaningless and boring information. You get just exactly what you need to know and it's presented in such a way that you'll remember it for the AP Exam. The vocabulary sections are GREAT for practice! I used the AMSCO book and I scored the only 5 in my school! Here's the Amazon.com link for it: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1567656609/qid=1142119331/sr=2-1/ref=pd_bbs_b_2_1/104-3690866-6192718?s=books&v=glance&n=283155 (check out past reviews on that page by the way. You'll notice I'm not the only one who found the AMSCO book EXTREMELY helpful). I highly recommend it! If you're self-studying, at this point I would recommend reading about 2 chapters a week and then when u get closer to May reading a chapter a day. You'll finish it (or most of it), and a lot of USH facts will be fresh in your memory! Good luck!

---EDIT---
Oh, and I couldn't have gotten a 5 if it weren't for this AP USH website: http://www.historyteacher.net/AHAP/AHAPCourseMainPage.htm
It is great! You'll find quizzes from that site here: http://www.historyteacher.net/USQuizMainPage.htm
I used the site not only for AP review but for the SAT II in USH. Needless to say, both the AMSCO and the historyteacher.net site helped tremendously. Check out that link ofr yourselves! Once again, good luck. If you have any questions, PM me! If you have any suggestions (for Art History, Comp. GoPo, or U.S. GoPo - since I'm self-studying all three) please let me know! Thanks in advance!

Macro: http://teacherweb.ftl.pinecrest.edu/crawfor/apmacro/index.htm
Micro: http://teacherweb.ftl.pinecrest.edu/crawfor/apmicro/index.htm

When I have some more time, I'll post up a list of as many sites as I can think of for as many APs as I can think of. Good luck! If any one could PLEASE help me w/ AP Comp Gov, AP US Gov, or AP Art History, I would appreciate it!

Seraphthrone, the link you posted for AP US Gov looks promising! Thanks. Later.
