Best UC for Econ?

I know the Haas school of biz is prolly the best, but considering job market after college, which UC has the best biz program?

<p>For business Haas and than Anderson at UCLA. The other UCs aren't even close in this area.</p>

<p>In both undergrad business and econ, Berkeley wins. </p>

<p>But to get into Haas as an undergrad, you not only have to get into Berkeley, but then you have to compete with all the other Berkeley students to get accepted in Haas. Only about half of the applicants get in. </p>

<p>UCLA econ is good, but Berkeley's econ is also ahead of the rest.</p>

<p>By the way, how is Business Economics at UCSB? I know UCSB isn't as great as UCLA, UC Berkeley and UCSD... But I already got REJECTED from UCLA and UCSD and most likely from Berkeley.... so I'm just wondering...is Business Economics at UCSB totally crappy?</p>

<p>Ummm....ok nevermind I found some rankings from 2001. It's the world rankings though...and I don't know how valid this is.</p>

<p>UCSB has an AWSOME economics program. my sister passed the CPA in the 99%th percentile under 2 of the 3 categories, and got 90%th on the 3rd.</p>

<p>what UCSB is awesome for Econ they receivd the nobel peace prize UCSD is very good too.</p>

<p>pacifist: wow that's impressive, especially since the CPA exam is insanely hard with low pass rates!</p>

<p>i don't think i want to be an accountant though, just do business stuff in general..business econ analyst, management, or something. i wish there was a business administration major... but only berkeley has it (insanely hard haas) and riverside. haha funny how only the flagship and worse UC have business administration.</p>
