I've been considering UPitt (already accepted), IU (accepted -- in state), UMich, Brandeis, and UWashington for undergrad neuro. Since prestige & rank don't matter all that much on an undergrad scale, I've been looking at colleges from a research standpoint. I want to do pre-med, so I'd like to attend a good undergrad university that great research for undergrads as well as opportunities for volunteering & internships. Attending an undergrad with a top med school that gives a good amount of preference to their own undergrads is also a plus.
I've certainly applied to other neuro programs such as UCSD, JHU, and I'm planning on applying to some more top notch places during regular decision. But I already know that those programs are excellent, which is why I'm inquiring about other programs such as the ones listed above.
I know that tuition would be less for IU and all, but money's not too much of an issue & I'd like to attend a place with more research going on. I still haven't ruled it out though.
Any comments on Pitt, IU, UMich, Brandeis, or UWashington? I've yet to visit michigan, brandeis, & UWashington to get the "feel" there but I'm just looking at research & academic info right now.

Do you mean UWash or Wash U? big difference.

I was wondering more about university of washington. I was going to apply to Wash U @ St. Louis regular decision & I’ve heard great things about their program. I heard uwashington being mentioned in other places and they seem to hold a high rank in graduate & medical school rankings so i’m inquiring more about their program
