I know the LSAT and law school considers of critical thinking and writing. My concern is picking the right major to assist me with it. I want a major I can fall back on if I needed, and not something I wouldn’t have use for. I have been doing a lot of research and know the school must be regionally accredited, also deciding to attend school online to obtain my bachelors. But the hard part is knowing which one is best. I’ve chosen between, business administration, business economics, Psychology and Accounting. Now when I see success rates on the LSAT with these majors BA did the most poorly. Can someone give me insight if these Majors offer critical thinking and writing as a part of it’s curriculum to help me in the long run?
The major itself likely has little impact on LSAT scores; the difference by major re: LSAT scores is likely due to the intelligence of people who happen to decide on the particular major.
So major in whatever you like the most. You can always take plenty of classes outside your major if you determine that your major isn’t giving you what you need for the LSAT.
