best universities for rf and microwave engineering

guys this is my first post in this forum i m final year student of electronics engineering i m planning to go USA in 2008 fall,i m doing project on microwave i suggest some best universities in rf and microwave studies .i my planning for master leading to phd</p>

<p>If you are interested in microwave integrated electronics, then UC Santa Barbara has a strong program in microwave devices. More specifically, they have several profs working with materials like Gallium Nitride, which is being used for power microwave devices.</p>

<p>If you want to do pure CMOS RF, then you can't beat Berkeley.</p>

<p>I am accually working on a Unviersity program where i find every rf and microwave program in the country.</p>
