whoever said they hate ohio, well i hate you. well not really.

but haha lionswim i def hear tight all the time. actually, the new thing at my school is the word "dominant." everyone says stuff like "thats so dom"

oh and raise your hand and do a dance if you say "pop" instead of "soda"! does dance

It's pop of course! my friend, who used to live in virginia is always saying soda and my best friend and I always stare at her, like "what is this soda you speak of?"

hahah i know my best friend lives in CT, and when i visited her she thought i was asking her about popcorn. sigh oh and everytime i visit friends in pittsburgh, they make fun of our accent. because we say a's sharply, wait maybe its a cleveland thing. where in OH are you from?

columbus. We like to make fun of the southern ohioans, we call them hillbillies.

It is definately pop! Another thing Ohioans tend to say is "sucker". I said this once to my cousin from D.C. and he insisted that it was a lolipop. Haha!

haha yeahhh we do say sucker. we're special.

I say I hate Ohio because I live in Ohio! haha. I have for the past 18 years of my life, and if I have to spend another year here I'm going to go crazy.

haha sorry! i thought you lived in california or something (dont get me wrong, california's awesome, i guess i thought that from your username...?) my bad. i def know how you feel though, cus sometimes ohio can get so boring. but then i visit other places, and i feel like the midwest is so nice. im going out of state for college though. but 18 years? i've only lived here for 8.

I've lived here for 16 (all my life). I want to get out, but it's such a nice place to live, I don't think I could ever consider any other place truly my home

Everyone around me says "pop," but I definitely say Coke.

It's really nice out today (Could snow tomorrow--Midwestern weather). If it was like this all the time, I might never leave.

IU or Miami University (Ohio)? Which is better? (Mass Com Major, Bus. Minor)

I prefer Indiana for the campus, the town and the general atmosphere.

I always thought these were pretty different schools. I prefer IU, but Miami is really not my style at all, though it might be great for you.
