Please help… looking for the best and most cost efficient way to travel from the Fort Lauderdale Area to UND for a summer visit? We can fly out of Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale or Miami… Thank you very much in advance for any help. Also, is the Fairfield Inn within walking distance to the University? First child going off and learning as I go. I appreciate any advice.
If it is the Fairfield on Angela Blvd, then yes, it is directly across the street from the SE corner of campus and a relatively short walk. As far as getting to SB by air, I know there are limited direct flights to the SB airport, which is a 10-15 minute drive to campus. A lot of students fly into either Midway or O’Hare and take the Coach USA bus to ND, which drops off on campus. There will also be airlines that fly to SB connecting though Chicago or possibly Detroit or Indy.
