Best way to improving writing

<p>After taking many tests (and even taking todays PSAT) I realized I need to work on the writing section. Grammar just kills me. I know the rules and such but when i look at the question it's more like which one sounds the best (and actually in some cases that's how some questions are).</p>

<p>So my question is how can get better? Any really good books are methods?</p>

<p>Advice is strongly appreciated.</p>

<p>Hmm, there's no real way to improve really. I just answer the questions based on conventions I've seen used over my years of education. I don't actually know any rules (got an 80 on the practice PSAT for this year btw).</p>
