Best way to prepare for new dual-passage?

I did not take the October test, but I understand from LOTS of sources that the Reading Section featured a dual-passage.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to best prepare for this in upcoming tests?I concerned especially since the ACT website offers NO samples whatsoever.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!!

What exactly are dual-passages?

During one of the 4 reading sections, they present two passages, much similar to the SAT. Then they ask questions on both of those passages.

Do you think using that portion of an SAT practice test to practice for the ACT would be a good idea?

Were the questions similar to the SAT questions on dual passages?

I wouldn’t worry about it. Most of the answers were literally in these passages. I found it extremely easy

Axel0212: What did you get on Reading on the Oct test?

Axel is definitely right. The dual passage section was incredibly easy. All of the answers were in the passages, iirc. Very easy!
