I have the same kind of ADD. I am reading Physics right now. I sometimes get on a roll and do a few pages quickly but I have to take breaks. My current plan is to not take more than 3 difficult courses at a time, space out my studying throughout the semester so I have more time to read, start my cram a little earlier, and try to work smarter by figuring out a good approximation of the exact amount of work to get a 90 and getting that and only that done. You should be able to manage you just either have to have a little less of a life or a little less time doing nothing. I do see see a shrink in a couple days here so maybe some sort of meds will help.

Understand that study reading is slow and detailed. There is no speed-reading in serious studying.

Build a road map of every chapter and book by surveying or previewing it.

Read the title and think.

Read the table of contents or introductory paragraphs. Think about what to expect.

Read the conclusion.

Read any summary and review questions.

Read all major headings and subheadings.

Read the first sentence of each paragraph.

Examine all pictures and graphs carefully

Before detailed reading, take the material from steps 3 to 9 and think. Activate all knowledge you have gained from your survey.

Also, summarize each paragraph by writing in the margins.
