Best way to study SAT vocab?

Two questions:

  1. What is the best source to get an SAT vocabulary list? I know there are so many sources out there (hot words for the SAT, SAT vocabulary cartoons, barrons, websites etc.) but was wondering which was the most comprehensive one?
  2. Also, what is the best format to study SAT vocab? (physical flashcards, online flashcards, writing down in a notebook, etc.)
