i was wondering what spring offer meant and what are the chances of WL students getting in</p>

<p>i believe that means you are accepted for the spring semester,
you have to go to another school you've been accepted to for the fall (probably sept - december) then you can go to binghamton</p>

<p>i'm pretty sure, but i'm honesty not 100%, although i would assume so because most acceptance letter say "we are glad to announce you have been OFFERED admission for the fall 2008 semester at ____ University"</p>
