Bio major at uci to become a vet?

<p>Im currently a transfer student at a CC, i was thinking about transfering to uci but was wondering if Uci has courses for students who want to get into vet school? I was thinking about becoming a Bio major for a career as a vet. I know there currently are students who are going to UCI with a veterinary career in mind, I just don't know..</p>

<p>I know UCD is the best for pre-vets, but I want to transfer to UCI. what do you think?</p>

<p>UCD would be amazing for such a plan because of the facilities, I believe they are the only UC that actually has its own self-sustaining industry in breeding animals for research. However, outside of research the curriculum is going to be roughly the same, so you can’t go wrong with either school. Just concentrate on doing well in the classes. That’s pretty much it.</p>
