Does being a biology majory fulfill the cource requirements for med school? Is organic and general chem a part of bio major? Also, does being a bio major help you prepare for the MCAT? Finally, just incase if I don't get into med School I want a minor so that I could become an engineer..... Whys a good minor to be an engineer that involves not a huge load of math?

Simple answer: “Pre-Med” is not a major; it is a course of study that almost every accredited medical school requires. You can major in anything, but most pre-med students lean toward disciplines that include some of the pre-med requirements, like Chemistry or Biology. So, yes, Biology is fine as a major, but Chemistry is not Biology. I suspect that most Bio majors - even those who do not intend to go to medical school - will take some Chem, also. Generally, Bio, Chem, Org. Chem, and Calculus are minimum requirements, but you should consult more credible sources.

“Whys a good minor to be an engineer that involves not a huge load of math?”

A familiarity of what are some of the foundations of engineering might be a good thing to have before you embark on this search for the fantasy “engineer degree w/o load of math” thing.

One more thing: in other posts you’ve stated that you underperformed in HS . Your first order of business will be to massively move that upwards if you hope to be anywhere viable for med school later. Many students stumble in their first semester. What strategies will you take to avoid that? To avoid what you did in HS? Knowing that coursework is much harder, what will you do?
