Bio question

Hi. Does anybody know if the REA books (from 2005 and earlier I think) are useful to prepare for the Bio SAT II?

Also...did anybody only use the Princeton Review book but score 750+?

thanks :)

I’ve heard great things about PR for Bio.

thanks I V

Can anybody else answer my question too?
thankss

I used REA. It is NOT a well-written book and the tests are no good.

PR and Barrons (both the old and new one) are much better.

HOWEVER, I high recommend you read REA’s Ecology chapter if you are planning to take the E. this book has the most comprehensive SAT II ecology review (unless you took AP bio, then you could just use Campbell as a reference).

I have Barrons and PR from friends who’ve taken it before but since I’m taking AP Bio this coming year too, I’ll just be studying for that. For AP Bio (but also recommended for SAT II), I highly suggest you get Cliffnotes. It may have a bit more information but if you study it, you’ll do very very well.
