Okay, yes, I know Bio is more difficult than Environmental any day, but I'm in a "unique" situation.

My school doesn't offer either (only AP class I'm in is CalcAB.....), and I was planning to just self-study envi for s&g's. And then, about 5 minutes ago, the thought struck me that I could, in theory, self-study AP Bio.

How insane would that be? From what I've heard, one of the AP questions has to do with required labs... could I just read a review book to make up for that?

Note: I'm in my schools Bio2 class, and I could always self-study both if my school allowed it.

SBuck,
Somewhere in the back of your bio text you will find 8-10 chapters on env. sc.
If you were awake in grades 7 & 8 - and get a review book - you will find env sci one of the easiest of exams.

I basically self-studied AP Bio, because my teacher was HORRIBLE and didn't teach anything. (Even if you asked him a question, he'd just say you needed to study more or to ask him later.) I was worried about the labs too, because we only did about 1 or 2 labs during the whole year and neither was vaguely related to the AP labs. Cliff's AP does a good job covering the labs, so I just studied my textbook and Cliff's AP and did fine.

Alright good, because I saw it online for pretty cheap. The only thing I don't know is whether the Concepts & Connections book is the regular Bio book that everyone recommends.
