<p>1.) No.</p>
<p>2.) Only required by some schools, but it would be nice for most of them.</p>

<li><p>As blue state only some require it like UF, but I still think you should take it. You might not remember all the enzymes and molecules involved with every pathway but you still will be familiar with them when you take biochem in med school</p></li>
