Biochemistry Graduate School

1.) I love doing research, I am currently working in water quality analysis
2.) currently an undergraduate student at Harding University
3.) I have a GPA of 3.30 and Im expecting it to drop because I am struggling in my classes right now
4.) I am a sophomore with 60 hours, currently taking 14, I hope to graduate in the winter of 2018

What can I do to improve my chances of getting into a graduate school? I don’t really have a long term goal but I really enjoy research and I have so far enjoy having some degree of freedom over what I research. My professor essentially gave me a list of his projects and I picked the one I wanted to work on. He supervises my work and tells what direction to head towards, but everything else is at my discretion. I am not a good test taker and thus my GPA and scores are low. I am very interested to know if I should rethink my future, take actions to bulk up my resume to compensate for test scores, or keep doing what I am doing.

Thanks
