Biochemistry major or Managerial Economics major?

I really like the sciences. But I killed my GPA way too much to be admitted into Pharmacy or med school. (Plus, I hate blood and guts so I would hate going to med school. Or even nursing school).

I think that with a Managerial Economics major I would have better employment aspects. The curriculum is much easier than that of the sciences, so I'm sure that I would be able to pull up my GPA in Managerial Economics. With a Biochemistry degree, I would be at best a lab tech, which is still really competitive to get a job for. (There's a big glut of science majors now across the nation.)

I feel that without studying the sciences, I wouldn't get to know about stuff I'm really interested in. But I attend UC Davis, and the science courses are so hardcore there. I'm scared I'll flunk out of school again.

I'm also very interested in microeconomics. My plan is to obtain a Managerial Economics degree from UC Davis, graduate, and try to find a job. If I hate the job,or still find the burning, itchy desire to learn science, I will attend a CC to take science courses and then maybe transfer to a CSU or something to get a Biochemistry degree. Does this sound stupid or like a good idea?
