Bioengineering: Pre-Med at SD (70% drop out!!)

when I was @ UCSD for overnight program, my hsot took me to his Chem Class, i think it was Chem something C.

Professor Johnson kicks ass! While i was auditing, the chem taught was similar to AP Chem, but more elaborate!

But this is a first year chem so it’s different XD

I got a 5 in AP Calc AB and only a 3 in BC; that was good enough for the 20 series and most of the upper div classes.

The 20 series is really hit or miss depending on the professor. So many professors and grad students circulate it every year–just make sure you take a class with someone who has some kind of CAPE report and you’ll be fine.

I am taking pre-calculus only and now is my HS senior year, am i ok to take the math 20s? or have to take the 10s first than 20s?

you take the math 10 OR math 20 series. the only time in which you take both is when you transfer from 10–>20, in which case the school makes you repeat the last “10” class you did but with a “20” in front of it.

so if you wanted to transfer to 20C after taking 10B, they’d make you take 20B first.

astrina,
thanks. but can i take the 20s with out complete the calculus class in my HS?

well considering that 20A is the FIRST quarter of calculus … you do the math.
