Bioengineering (Pre-Med) Question

I received a 5 on the Calc BC exam, therefore I was considering taking Math 53 and skipping both Math 1a and Math1b. My question is does skipping the two years of Calculus offered at Berkeley make me "ineligible" to apply to Med school? Thanks

Nope. just go ahead w/ 53.

Some med schools require a year of calculus. I'm pretty sure the Bioengineering major requires you take Math 53 and 54 so if you take both of those you should be set for any american med school.

Sweet. Thanks a lot.
