Biology Grad School Suggestions

Hi All! I am new to College Confidential, but congratulations on everyone's acceptances!

I'm a college junior looking to apply to a PhD program next fall. My interests are mostly biology with specific interest in a few different areas: therapeutic development, translational medicine, neurobiology, and developmental biology. I'm starting to gather a list of schools together to check out/apply to.

Do you all have any suggestions for what I should look at- both top tier and mid-tier schools?

Thanks!

Your best bet is to talk with your professors - they’re likely to have good, current information about which programs are doing research in those areas.

Also, use tools such as Google Scholar and JSTOR to look for journal articles in those areas, then check which professors did those studies… and go from there.

Thank you so much!

Do you or anyone else have any that they recommend I check out, though, on the top of your head?
