<p>How is the program for pre-med/bio/med sciences at U of Chicago?</p>
<p>Also, I know that its really hard to maintain a good GPA in UMich, but what about at UChicago? (I mean if i was heading for med school)</p>
<p>Average GPA here is 3.26. Considering that most students work pretty hard for their grades, whatever they are, I would say that it's difficult to maintain a sky-high GPA. About 2 kids in 1100 have a 4.0.</p>
<p>Bio and pre-med are great programs here, but make sure you want to do pre-med alongside a reading and writing intensive core curriculum.</p>
