I need to have a science SAT II for my applications in the fall but I'm not sure which to take. When I take the tests, I will have had 2 months of both AP Biology and AP Chemistry under my belt. I took regular Chemistry this year and regular Biology the year before (and I took the SAT II Bio then, but I wasn't happy with my score). I am going to do some studying for it this summer. Does anyone know which is easier to do well on? Anyone else with a similar situation?

well i d say go with bio..especialy since u took the test before...which kind of gives you a feel of what the test is gonna look like...and since u got a bad score..u should take it to improve ur score..because colleges are gonna see that still..so yea ..lol ...

Yeah, I would say Bio if you've taken it before because you know what to expect. Plus, if you improve, that looks good. You can always take Chem later-- it helps at the end of the year.

Chemistry is fresher on your mind, though. You might want to take chem while you don't have to review as much, but go with the one that you feel more confident doing.

I'd say Chem. IMO, having taken both the AP and SAT for both bio and chem, the chem SATII is much easier than the AP, whereas the bio ones are fairly comparable. Chem is also fresher in your mind, and most of chem is based on a pretty constant set of concepts and equations. Bio questions can be very random and are taken from a huge base of facts, most of which you have probably forgotten by now. The only annoying thing about chem is the weird T/F/CE ones, but they're not too bad.
