Biology vs Bioengineering?

Hey there, I am new to these forums. I am a junior in high school and I am just beginning to look at colleges and whatnot.
I am a strongly motivated student who has improved a lot within the past few years. I am debating whether I should major in biology or bioengineering. I am currently taking Anatomy and Physiology 1 through a dual enrollment program and high school honors chemistry and I am excelling.
However, math has been an issue for me for most of my life. I can do the math, but it takes me longer to catch on than it should. I am currently in Algebra 2 and I don't find any issue with it, but I am concerned because most of my classmates are in higher level math. Which major should I pursue?
Currently the schools I am looking at are UDel, Cornell, Virginia Tech, and a few of the SUNY campuses.
Thank you for your time!
