Which is a better undergrad major for health related graduate schools(medical, optometry, dent, podiatry)? Which one will prepare me better? I have more of an interest in biopsychology but I don't want to take it if it doesn't satisfy requirements for grad schools.

Usually you’re not going to find a major on its own that fulfils every single pre-med requirement. There are going to be some you take as electives no matter what you study. That’s part of the reason that you hear that it doesn’t matter what you major in for undergrad. Pick something you’re interested in. If you like biopsychology, go for it. Especially with med schools now placing a greater emphasis on social sciences, this might even help you fulfil those requirements/recommendations.
Both will prepare you as long as you meet med school pre-req requirements. Do the one that appeals to you.

I’d also suggest that a double major in biology and psychology might prepare you better with more depth and also look better on your future applications. Biopsychology would be want a good science based BS would cover anyway.
