I think most colleges expect you to take high school Biology. I think the entire state of Michigan requires Biology. A regular HS Biology class shouldn’t be very difficult. You don’t have to take AP Bio or anything like that.

What if I HAVE the opportunity to take AP Bio. Should I take it?

If you’re interested in biology. If not, don’t. Just like any AP.

Perhaps if you’re interested in very selective colleges and plan on studying sciences, but not specifically biology, take AP anyway.

You need to take bio of some sort.

Has anyone taken AP biology? What did you think about it?

I took the test. The test was easy. The class, from what I’ve heard, is a heck of a lot of busy work.

So, you got a 5?
and… if i’m not mistaken you took this course self-taught?

I took honors bio. Didn’t actually study for the exam. Science is NOT my thing either.

Physics is useless in life. Don’t give me some BS explanation on why we would need it. Haha… Take Bio (if and only if you like it).

Most science is useless in real life, unless you’re in a scientific field.

useless is a pretty strong word, haha
