Biochem major here. Don't worry, its not so bad, the chemistry and biology will be harder than what you had in high school.. so be prepared to work harder for a good grade, but really its not too bad. I think math is better in college because it is taught better in my opinion. Chem/bio labs are pretty boring until you get to o-chem.. then they are only halfway boring.

well when it comes to science in particular i am ready to work... but then again its not really working for me.. it may sound kind of lame...but biology and chemistry are pretty fun to me.

ps im probably jinxing myself.

A LOT depends on what school you plan to attend...

Syracuse University

its not so bad..just put some time into it and you'll get through just fine-especially if you're really interested.

This is true if you're like most other members here on CC (ie, above average).

Don't forget, though, that science classes tend to have class averages in the mid-C range. Some people get in way over their head.

Prepare yourself now to say "I can't, I have lab" a lot.

My Biology lecture is TR 11:00-12:15 andmy Biology lab is F 11:00-1:50. Yuck, but I LOVE Biology.
