Biomed chance me please?

Hello,
I am entering my senior year and I just started my college apps. I know I want to major in biomedical engineering, but I kinda have no idea what colleges should be my targets and what should be my reaches.
GPA weighted: 3.92
GPA unweighted: 3.73 (Sharp upward trend with 3.5 frshman year and first semester sophomore year, 3.7 second semester sophomore year, 4.5 both semesters junior year)

SAT Math: 760 Reading: 640 Writing: 800 =>2200
SAT II Math II: 800 SAT II Biology: 790 SAT II Chemistry: 790
AP Scholar with Distinction: Bio 4 Chem 4 Calc 5 Stat 5 World 5
This Year's classes:
AP Physics, AP Compsci, Multivariable, Video Production, Philosophy, Gov/Econ
My biggest extracurricular was during my summer internship (was there for 2 summers) at a biotech start-up I created a synthetic molecule that if works, will get me onto the company patent but I won't know the results for the next three months. I also play the guitar and drums and I DJ, played tennis for most of my life, danced in breakdance club freshman/sophomore year, active DECA competitor freshman and sophomore year and was a state finalist 1 and state semifinalist 2.

From all this my best guess is the following, though I could be way off, please let me know if my list is realistic or not. I also have no back-ups, and could use some advice on matches for me.

Reaches:
Caltech
Columbia
Dartmouth
Duke
Harvey Mudd
Johns Hopkins
Northwestern
Princeton
Stanford

Targets:
U Penn
Tufts
University of Michigan
USC
Washington University in St. Louis

SAT CR score is low for most of the Ivies, Caltech and stanford. BME is not the easiest to get into for these schools. You need to be able to answer in a compelling way why you are interested in BME. I can’t really see how you are going to do that based upon your ECs
