Biostatistics PhD Chances - All feedback will not be take personally!

I am getting close to submitting my applications for Ph.D. school in Biostatistics. I was wondering what my chances are and what you guys think I am lacking in and what to expect from my choice schools, etc.

College: Marywood University (Scranton, PA, yes like the Office).
Undergrad major: Biology
Grad Major: Biotechnology (M.S.)
uGPA: 3.78
gGPA: 3.80
Courses: I have taken linear algebra and Calc I however it was not required for me to take Calc II-III. I have no problem doing this in my first year, and I am applying to most schools that accept non-traditional applicants, etc.
My grad courses include: Epidemiology, biotechnology, Research Methodology, Literature Review Methods, Bioinformatics, Genetics, Immunology. All are 4.0.
Also I took 3 upper-level business courses: Entrepreneurship, Operations management, and International business.

GRE scores:
I won't know for a few more weeks, but I am decently confident I hit 85th percentile in math. These scores are very important but I am most worried about my coursework.

Employment & Research:
Undergraduate research I was a research assistant, under Dr. Thomas Nathaniel who is currently a professor at UNC. I research drug addiction behavior and neurogenesis using crayfish as a model, this lasted for approx 1 year.
Graduate Research: I was a research associate under Dr. Chris Brey, who moved to Marywood from Rutgers University. The research was on klf-3 expression and how it affected fat metabolism. C. elegans was used as a model. I also wrote a manuscript on KLF-3 Promoter Analysis, submitting it into a database for bioinformaticists.

Currently I work at Sanofi Pasteur, a large international pharma company. I am a Clinical Research Analyst, and I predominately work on assay development and improvment as well as phase 3 clincial trials in finding a vaccine for dengue. I have done a little statistical analysis here such as regression models, etc.

My schools:
-UC Davis
-UC Berkeley
-UNC-chapel hill
-U of Michigan
-Rutgers
-Brown
If there are any other schools taht should be on here due to my background please let me know!
As you can tell I am sort of non-traditional, but not exactly... Any feedback will not be taken personally! Tell me how it is.
