<p>Does anyone know what the layout for Birnkrant triples is like? There are only 39 spaces for those so that translates to 13 rooms, so are these rooms all together on one floor (they probably wouldn't all fit on one) or is there a certain number of triples on each floor to go with the doubles?</p>
<p>According to the housing brochure I think each floor only has 20 odd residents? So is that the total number of students per floor or is that 20 guys and 20 girls per?</p>
<p>I’ve heard that there is one guy triple and one girl triple per floor. But I could be wrong.</p>
<p>if there are 13 triples then there are not an even number of girl and boy triples… plus aren’t there 7 floors of housing? so there is probably one on each floor and then one on one floor?</p>
<p>there are 7 floors but only half of the 2nd floor is being used it seems. (Or last time I checked) when i lived there, they actually closed down the entire 2nd floor for a year except study rooms…</p>

<p>About 10 years ago there was a fire on that floor, and the recently have been renovating it so that students can live there again.</p>
<p>A dorm thread seemed a good place to ask: Does anyone know if most students get mattress toppers or those “memory foam” type mattress pads? They seem like they would be a good idea…but if the mattresses are good, possibly unnecessary?</p>
<p>Most people I know do have some kind of mattress pad/topper/foam thing. Definitely helps make the bed feel a bit comfier.</p>
