Black Female applying for Auburn Univeristy

I was wondering what the chances are for a black female getting accepted into Auburn. Does race play a factor into selection since schools have to meet their quota?
And also, my GPA is kind of lower than average (3.49), but I have taken only AP courses and Honor's courses my entire high school years. My composite ACT score was a 25. Also I live in Georgia, which is out of state. So I was wondering if that will hurt or help my chances.

You’ll be fine - Auburn is not selective regarding academic admissions and I think you fit in their admission data. It is very expensive OOS without a scholarship though so if you have the op to retake the ACT/SAT and raise your GPA above 3.5 you may have a chance for $

@threeofthree‌ Well that’s good to hear because I visited the campus yesterday and I just fell in love with it so I really hope I get in. I’m applying during the first round of regular admissions

I think you have a good shot at acceptance. War Eagle!
