<p>Hi, I am a low income student who attended UC Berkeley in 2008 and 2010. I never received the Blue and Gold Plan. I met all the requirements at the time. Oh well. </p>
<p>I withdrew from Berkeley due to harassment issues. Now I am attending Community College to finish my Associate's Program. When I finish my program and decide to transfer to a different UC, would I still be eligible? Does it depend on which UC I Transfer to? Was the Blue and Gold Plan called something different previously? </p>
<p>I am currently on default on my loans because my employment situation (I only have a diploma.) Does this affect my eligibility? Even though I made arrangement to pay my loaner back?</p>
