Blue Book writing question

The labor union is negotiating a contract with the hospital that will satisfy the demands of the workers and be acceptable to all levels of management. No Error

Shouldn't it be D? i thought it has to be parallel so shouldn't it be "will be acceptable to"

(the correct answer is no error)

It's no error. Because repeating the will as you suggested would make it too wordy.

It's E because the contract will:
1. satisfy the demands of the workers.
2. be acceptable to all levels of management.

There is no parallelism error.
Makes sense?

Think of it as the "will" is introducing a list. That always helps me.

yeah its a parallelism thing; no error. don't go picking up errors where they dont exist :D
