<p>Did you apply early action? If so, and u haven't received the letter, then you should be concerned because the blue letter is confirmation that they've received your app, and it also gives u ur pin and password to login in to ur Eli account. It also contains a bunch of other information. If you applied regular decision, then I wouldn't be worried.</p>

<p>Did you get an email confirmation from Yale that your app has been received? If so, then the blue letter's probably been lost in the mail. Either way, call up the Yale Admissions Office and let them know!</p>
<p>I got an email saying that everything was <em>payed</em> for, and I also called them up and they said that there would be an applet on the 16th that would allow me to find my pin number and check. Hopefully this doesn't mean anything, because that would be worse than getting a big fat REJECT... not even applied! hah.</p>
<p>I'm 99% sure everything's ok though, because Yale already contacted my school about something regarding my application (not a bad thing).</p>
