Blue ribbon applicants

for those of you who have been admitted, do you think that you’ll actually attend?? i’d like some sort of feedback on this, brandeis is really on the edge for me
thanks!

I'd be interested to see what others have to say about this. However, I have a feeling many people are going to want to wait till early April when the results of their various apps come in.

I'll be honest and say that Brandeis isn't at the top of my list. I'd really like to be on a more urban campus, and they didn't give me any aid which might have swayed me in the other direction. I might change my mind once the rest of my decisions come in, but 'Deis isn't looking very likely right now.

I agree with scrapiron215. I'm going to wait until April for my other college acceptances. Brandeis is not one of my top choices, but the great amount of financial aid they gave me defintely makes this school a possibility.

My situation is exactly like elmers.

Interesting contrast of students: those for whom Brandeis was NOT a top choice but who got great merit aid so are now considering it and those for whom Brandeis WAS high on their list but got no merit aid, so have let it drop further down. It will be interesting to see if Brandeis' enrollment management choices this year pay off for them on May 1st.

I'm in group 2. I really thought I might get a scholarship since the school seems generous. My guidance counselor assured me my stats were competitive based on what had happened in previous years, but I guess she was wrong.

I'll wait till everything is in but right now Brandeis is a long shot.
