BMC essay for Internationals

<p>BMC requires an additional essay for Internationals in the form of a letter to your potential roommate about what makes you unique.</p>

<p>What sort of info do you think they really want in this essay–certainly not real roommate stuff like how late you stay up or if you are messy?</p>

<p>Is it a chance to explain the particulars of your cultural background or what?</p>

<p>Should you play out the letter idea --naming a roommate and saying how eager you are to meet her or what?</p>

<p>As a student, I would want to read about my prospective roommate's culture, customs, and and of course, what kind of person she is. I think if you just write it from your heart (I know how cheesy that sounds) it will reflect who you are.</p>
