BME Major, Need help choosing safety/matches!!

Hi! I know a long post is hard to read so I shall summarize with a few lines.

My mom did some extensive research with colleges recently, and I am aiming for a major in BME.
She says it’s super competitive, so the colleges I am looking at are not safeties at all…

Here are some colleges I am hoping for (based on rankings in BME lol) (reaches, imo): WUSTL, UT (honors), GATech, Rice, Northwestern, Johns Hopkins (I haven’t looked too much into this one… too high of a reach)
…and TAMU for safety.

Some facts/stats:
-Asian
-lives in Texas
-SAT superscored 1540
-7 APs so far (5s on 2, rest of scores haven’t come out yet)
-780 math ii (will that hurt my app…?), 790 chem, 800 korean w/ listening, 750 bio M

ECs include piano (competitive, volunteering), school volunteering, korean club (president), MAO (math club), French NHS, NHS, debate (until 1st sem of junior year, was secretary in 10th grade)

Please post suggestions for reaches/safeties and my list so far!
I’m dying to hear others’ opinions.
Also, budget isn’t too much of a problem, although it’d be nice to save up for grad school.

Lehigh?

If location is no problem and you don’t mind the cold, I’d suggest looking into BU, Northeastern, UConn, WPI, and RPI. Also, Cali has a lot of great BME schools, so look at Cal Poly, UC Berkeley and UCLA too. Good luck!

Pitt? Not a safety but Wake Forest just started a new biomed program this year, I think.

What is your class rank?
