<p>I know how you feel, rizzle. Every time I ask my dad if he’s submitted the FA documents, he says “I’m working on it”. This has been going on for about a month. I wonder if I’ll get any FA, if I get in. I’m kind of worried.</p>

<p>hi, i’m new to CC and applied to 4 boarding schools for the first time. i’m totally freaked out because my sister got rejected 2 years ago and had to reapply and her grades and extracurriculars were like waaaaaaay better than mine. oh, and so were her ssats. so, i’m thinking, if she couldn’t get in, how am i supposed to get in??? i really want to get in but i’m super afraid i’ll get rejected EVERYWHERE. is anyone else feeling this way, and how do I not get my hopes up?</p>

<p>@bookworm34-You’re definitely not alone in being very freaked out. I only applied to one school, so I don’t have much of a backup. You don’t’ really know what exactly makes someone get in or not get in, so you definitely still have a chance. If I knew how not to get hopes up, I’d be doing it myself…I’m attempting (not succeeding) at just not thinking about it, we’ll know soon enough.</p>
