<p>Hi, I am currently applying for Boeing. I have heard, from a classmate last quarter that they are currently looking to hire (~200) structural/mechanical engineers by summer. Without stating or suggesting that you work for Boeing, but can someone please verify this? Does anyone know, approximately how many people are they planning on hiring for structural/mechanical?</p>

<p>Sorry mate, you are VERY late with regards to applications/ and job openings. They usually start posting in October and hire many students throughout the months to follow. Many interns start working around mid may or during the first week of June.</p>
<p>I’ve been applying since November and seen about five internships positions relating to structural/mechanical analysis, and about ten Engineering 1 positions relating to the same topic (although on different systems).</p>
<p>But these are external postings. Who knows about internal?</p>
