books for sat reasoning and subject test

But I don’t think adcoms convert all the qualifications into GPA. They look at it just the way it is. However, if your rank is good you don’t need to worry about it that much. :)>-

yeah… my rank is good- 2 and 82.3% huh…

@mak1702 It’s great, definitely great. Forget your % The adcoms will look at your rank. So it’s pretty good

@halamadrid9 thanks. Hope Stanford or Berkeley accepts me!

If your app is good, adcoms definitely will accept. Refer to the books my sister suggested. She achieved a 34- which is great  She’s gonna appear for her subject tests soon.

Yeah! I’m gonna appear for SAT subject tests after august , toefl is very easy. I have act 36, and i’ll buy the red book, think about that Princeton review ACT

Princeton review is the best you can get for ACT, It’s not very tough to a score 36 on Maths section, reading one is really very difficult. you’ll find answers but I think it’s like 25 min for 40 questions- and the passages are very long a well. Vocabulary is a must let it be ACT or SAT. Don’t buy that Kaplan book it’s considered to be easier than the original test. you’ll be surprised to find tougher questions on the ACT day. For SAT, Barron’s 2400 and blue book are enough. Rather than reading more, solve more papers and you’ll do well.
Don’t read too many books as all the books have different strategies and may confuse you. but if you want to explore more and find out with which strategy are you most convenient with, go with every book you have if you have time and find out with which strategy you score more. Stick to that one and apply it on the test day.

I like the believe that the best strategies are self created, and just FYI ACT requires almost no vocab compared to SAT.

You don’t want to get stumped if you find a new word in the reading section of ACT. ACT doesn’t require vocab but having knowledge of some words won’t hurt. It would definitely help in the reading section of ACT.
