Books that 'd improve international's english

<p>Hi!
I'd like to prepare myself well for SAT (especially I). I've got 3 more years in high school, but because I'm international my english isn't that good :/
As far as I see SAT II math & physics test is easy for me (well... I do love these 2 subjects :> ), but the harder part is with English :/
I'd like to apply to MIT, and some Ivies, so I really need to score well on sats...</p>

<p>So the question is what books 'd you recommed me to read?
First of all english literature.... some novels that 'd be quite interesting ( you know, not romanses etc.) and which 'd improve my english... maybe some books that Americans/Britons are supposed to read to high school?
My main interests are math, computers, physics etc. and I found on amazon.com e.g. Hawking's books but I know that their English is not "that helpful"</p>

<p>Then, what books are best for preparation to SAT 1? I know that it's probably been told many times on this forum... but... maybe some word books?</p>

<p>And finally have you got some interesting links (free) that would help me learn and prepare? I'm not sure but I think that a long time ago I found a website with (free) online versions of most famous Americans/British writers (like Jack London, Shakespear etc.)... have you got links to something similar? (now I can't find it).</p>

<p>Thanks for answer!</p>
